The quickest way to reach us is by email. There is no contact form, so your message goes straight to the people who maintain the site.
support@fakecreditcard.coWhat to write to us about
- A bug in a tool. Tell us the page, what you entered, what you expected and what happened. Your browser and device help too.
- A wrong BIN entry. Send the BIN, what is wrong (bank, country, network or card type) and, if you can, a public source. Corrections also help the open dataset we credit on the data sources page.
- A gateway test number that changed. Payment providers update their sandbox lists from time to time. Tell us the gateway and the number, with a link to their documentation.
- Translations. If a sentence in one of the localized pages reads badly, send the page and your suggested wording.
- Privacy questions or requests. See the privacy policy for what we process; we answer data requests by email.
What we cannot help with
- Problems with a real card or a declined payment — only your bank or card issuer can help with those.
- Checking whether a real card is valid, active or has a balance. We do not offer this, and we ignore messages that share real card details.
- Accounts on other websites, free trials or subscriptions. We are not connected to any merchant or payment provider.
What to expect
This is a small site, so a reply can take a few working days. Bug reports and data corrections are usually fixed in the next site update; we will tell you when yours is live if you ask.
