These terms apply to fakecreditcard.co (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site provides
The Site provides free tools that create and check test data — card numbers, IBANs and related values that follow published format rules — and reference information such as BIN data and payment gateways’ sandbox test cards. Generated values are not real cards or bank accounts and carry no money.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the Site and its output for software development, testing and quality assurance, demonstrations, documentation and teaching.
3. Prohibited use
- Using generated or listed numbers to attempt a payment or purchase, to start a free trial or subscription, or to pass an identity, age or address check.
- Using the Site to deceive a merchant, bank, payment provider or any person, or to obtain, test or trade real card data.
- Automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the Site. If you need the BIN data in bulk, download the original dataset under its license (see data sources).
Using card details you are not authorized to use is fraud and may be a crime where you live.
4. No warranty
The Site and its data are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate, but BIN data can be outdated or incomplete and payment providers change their test cards. Do not rely on the Site for production payment routing, fraud decisions or compliance without checking an authoritative source.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or its output, including any misuse by you.
6. Third-party content
The Site links to and summarizes third-party documentation and uses open data under its license. Advertising on the Site is provided by Google; its use of data is described in our privacy policy.
7. Trademarks and content
Card brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe their published formats; the Site is not affiliated with any card network, bank or payment provider. BIN data is credited and licensed as stated on the data sources page. All other text and code on the Site belong to Fakecreditcard.
