PayPal card first 6 digits
The first 6 digits of a card number are its BIN (bank identification number): they tell a checkout that PayPal issued the card, on which network, and whether it is debit or credit. In our data, PayPal cards start like this:
The first 6 digits only identify the issuer and card type; they say nothing about whether a card is real or active. Look up any prefix with the BIN checker.

A BIN identifies the card network and the issuing institution only. It reveals nothing about an individual card,
cardholder or account, and it cannot show whether a card exists or can be charged. Test numbers generated from a BIN are for
development and QA only and are declined by every real payment system.
